1月13日,美国《科学》杂志以研究长文形式在线发表了南京农业大学教授王源超团队关于作物疫病发生机制的突破性成果。该成果揭示了病原菌攻击宿主的全新致病机制"诱饵模式"(DECOY),为病害控制提供了重要的新方向。 该研究发现,疫霉菌在侵染植物早期向胞外分泌糖基水解酶(XEG1)攻击植物细胞壁,而植物则利用水解酶抑制子(GIP1)抑制其活性;在进化的过程中,病原菌又获得了XEG1的失活突变体(XLP1),以"诱饵"DECOY的方式,竞争性干扰抑制子GIP1,与XEG1协同攻击植物的抗病性。 该校植保...
