11月18日,全国食品工业标准化技术委员会发布关于征求国家标准《海藻糖》第1号修改单(征求意见稿)意见的通知,通知上表示2009年11月1日正式实施的《海藻糖》(GB/T 235295-2009),在实施过程中发现部分条款需要微调,故公开征求意见,并于12月18日前将意见反馈。 需要进行微调的条款有以下两条:1、将理化要求中的pH值范围进行调整,将原来的pH值"5.0~6.7"调整为"4.5~6.7"。2、将出厂检验中的检验项目的"菌落总数"指标删除,修改后检验指标项目为"感官、含量、pH值、干...
