Project updates

• The environmental protection acceptance monitoring report for Zhoushan Huakang's one million t/a corn deep processing healthy food ingredients project (Phase I, Stage II) was publicised.
• The environmental protection acceptance monitoring report for Zhengjian Laikufu Biotechnology's modern southern medicine and microbial preparation research and development production base project was publicised.
• The environmental impact report for Qifun Food Technology's expansion project was accepted and publicized by the local authority.

In Aug. 2025, China's sorbitol export volume increased by 5.25% MoM, reaching 21,115.69 tons. The export value stood at USD 15,187,144, registering a MoM decrease of 6.47%.
