Welcome to CCM's new issue of Phosphorus Industry China Monthly Report  in Oct. 2011.

At the end of August, the total output of phosphorus is 50,772,390 tonnes, increasing by 30.7% compared with the same period of the last year. While phosphorus resource is still quite tight, which is affected by increasing demand of downstream phosphorus products in the whole Sept.

With the implementation of  several policies like Entry Criteria for Phosphate and Ammonium Industry and New Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Phosphate Fertilizer Industry, the phosphate chemical industry will witness wide adjustment. Meanwhile, government is apt to allocate phosphate rock resource to certain designated large enterprises, so the concentration ratio of phosphorus industry will be improved in a long-term. It's obvious that phosphorus industry will  develop in an orderly way in China.

Meanwhile, Iraq becomes the second largest phosphate rock region instead of China in the world, suggesting that investors will pay more attention to the Iraq's phosphate rock resource in future.
