To clearly show the current situation and future development of the domestic phosphorus chemical industry, CCM chose four leading listed enterprises in phosphorus chemical industry as the samples to conduct systematic analysis. Specially, CCM focused on six aspects including overall performance, profit, assets, debt risk, R&D input and key projects under construction, to conduct systematic analysis on their performance in 2011-2013. 

Additionally, CCM emphatically analyzed the related policy in phosphorous chemical industry like resource tax reform on phosphorus ore, the 2014 First Batch Industry Standard Formulation & Revision Plan and the Plan on the Reduction of High-risk Pollutants.

On 10 April, 2014, the MLR released the Fourth-batch National Green Mines. Altogether 209 mining enterprises and oil-gas producers were selected, including 9 phosphorus mining enterprises. Of this, Hubei Province has 5 enterprises listed. In recent years, phosphorus mines in Hubei Province were constantly listed to National Green Mines, it can be concluded that Hubei Province has entered the sound and rapid development in the construction of phosphorus mines. The enterprises in Hubei Province have taken advantage of the construction of green phosphorus mines to transform ways to develop mining industry, promote sustainable development and enhance construction of ecological civilization.
