More and more listed pesticide enterprises in China have issued their 2013 annual reports recently. In this issue, CCM summarizes respectively performance overviews of three pesticide enterprises in 2013, including Jiangsu Huifeng, Jiangsu Lanfeng and Zibo Wanchang.
In terms of hot fungicide products in the issue, chlorothalonil is considered to see potentially increasing consumption among fungicides in the future. The domestic demand for chlorothalonil will reach about 7,200 tonnes by 2015 expectedly, thanks to the good control effect, decreasing production cost and large scale application in industry field.
Meanwhile, in April 2014, there was good news about thiodiazole copper, one of China's self-created fungicides. Thiodiazole copper 20% SC has successfully obtained registration approval on orchid soft rot, cotton damping off and tobacco bacterial wilt, becoming the only registered fungicide for flowers in China.
