Specialty titanium dioxide includes nanometer TiO2, chemical fiber grade titanium dioxide and electronic grade titanium dioxide. In recent years, China has witnessed the rapid development of specialty titanium dioxide, especially nanometer titanium dioxide. This report provides a preliminary study on the specialty TiO2 in China, from the aspects of production, major manufacturers, research, application and forecast of nanometer titanium dioxide; and the production situation of chemical fiber grade and electronic grade titanium dioxide.
