China is rich in fluorite resource. Driven by domestic and overseas demand for fluorine chemicals, fluorine chemical industry has been one of the fastest developing and most promising chemical industries in China. On the other hand, China had become one of the largest fluorine chemical production and consumption areas. A high proportion of the downstream products is for export. Fluorine refrigerant is one of the four main important sectors in China's fluorine chemical industry namely inorganic fluorides, refrigerant, organic-intermediates and fluoride polymer. The report focuses on the capacity, output, key producers and main applications, import and export of fluorine refrigerant. It is forecasted that in the coming 5 years, the demand of fluorine refrigerant would still increase but most concentrate in some green products.
