In terms of market analysis, on 29 Sept., the People's Government of Shanxi Province chaired the "Ten Years in Shanxi"-themed press conference. In the 2012–2021 period, the total grain-growing areas in Shanxi cemented at above 3.13 million ha+. As of 7 Oct., totalling 8.06 million ha of farmland has completed the autumn harvest in Heilongjiang Province, 50%+ of the total, 95%+ of which were grain-growing areas. On 11 Oct., the Tibet autonomous region held the 30th "Ten years in Tibet"-themed press conference in Lhasa City, introducing the economic and social conditions in 2021.

In terms of variety, on 17 Oct., the office of Crop Variety Approval Committee of Hainan Province publicised the varieties of 2022 main crops approved on the 4th meeting of the 6th committee, including 12 rice varieties. On 20 Oct., the office of Crop Variety Approval Committee of Anhui Province publicised 230 varieties of the 2022 main crops approved on the 5th meeting of the 6th committee, including 171 rice varieties, 33 corn varieties and 26 soybeans.
