In Oct. 2024, the domestic TiO₂ market saw soft demand and stable, slightly weaker pricing, the manufacturers are actively fulfilling orders from earlier stages, while the signing of new contracts is not meeting expectations.

The domestic titanium slag market is relatively stable, with the price of acid dissolved titanium slag in Yunnan region being adjusted downwards once again.

According to statistics, from Jan. to Sept. 2024, China's output of TiCl₄ increased by 81.75% YoY; domestic TiCl₄ output in Sept. 2024 went up by 75.79% YoY.

Data shows that domestic output of titanium sponge increased by 23.42% YoY in Jan.–Sept. 2024; the output increased by 38.78% YoY in Sept. 2024.
