In February 2025, apart from a few vitamin prices experiencing changes, the prices of other vitamins all fluctuated normally. Vitamin B3 began a continuous price decline in October 2024. However, due to the impact of an incident at an Indian factory, its price turned from falling to rising this month, showing a price recovery.

On 8 Feb., 2025, the new version of the "National Food Safety Standard—Use of Food Additives" (GB 2760—2024) was officially implemented, replacing the 2014 version that had been in use for 10 years.

As of the end of January 2025, nine vitamin-listed companies had released their performance forecasts for 2024, which showed that many companies expected an increase in net profit.

• Anhui Fengyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Wuhu Pharmaceutical Factory: Completion of environmental protection acceptance for Vitamin C chewable tablets and Vitamin C effervescent tablets projects;
• Anhui XinHong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.: Approval of the first phase of the cholesterol expansion project;
• HTBA: Investment in upgrading a factory to produce the active form of Vitamin B12;
• Shandong New Element Bio: Completion of environmental protection acceptance for the first phase of the investment expansion project for natural Vitamin E and other food additives.
