In terms of market analysis, on 4 Nov., the Supreme People's Court concluded the over-two-year infringement dispute of new corn variety between Wuwei Bosheng and Hebei Huasui. On 9 Nov., the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Shanxi Province has conducted the innovation of superior seed varieties, including corn, wheat, soybean, millet, sorghum and potato.

In terms of company dynamics, on 1 Nov., Henan Qiule announced that the China Security Regulatory Commission has granted approvals for the company's application of initial public offering and listing on the BSE, and the company is expected to start the fundraising soon. On 17 Nov., Longping High-Tech announced that the company planned to transfer all equity of its subsidiary, Sichuan Longping, to ？Sichuan Biteli, expecting to boost the company's business performance.

On 21 Nov., the office of Crop Variety Approval Committee of Shanghai Municipality publicised 17 varieties of 2022 main crops approved on the 1st meeting of the 7th committee, including 10 rice varieties, 6 corn varieties and 1 wheat variety. On 17 Nov., the office of Crop Variety Approval Committee of Shanxi Province publicised 39 varieties of 2022 non-main crops approved by the Crop Variety Approval Committee, including 24 coarse grain varieties, 9 vegetable varieties, 3 oilseed varieties and 3 Chinese herb varieties.
