Market Dynamics

On 8 July, 2026, EI report for Healtang Biotech's 22,000 t/a functional sugar alcohols project was accepted.
On 9 July, 2026, Brazil initiated an anti-dumping investigation into Chinese sorbitol.
On 29 June, Dongxiao Bio announced plans to list on the BSE.

In June, China's sorbitol export volume fell 3.94% MoM, marking a narrower decline than in May, while export value rose 2.25% MoM.
