It is reported that Xiamen Sunrise Wheel Group, manufacturer of steel wheels and auto parts plans to raise CNY 400 million to increase capital for its wholly owned subsidiary, Sichuan Sunrise Metal Co with a bid to speed up the implementation of the steel wheel and steel structure production project.After the capital increase, the registered capital of Sichuan Sunrise Metal Co. will increase from RMB 1mln to CNY 200 million with the rest of the capital put in the capital reserves.As per report, the steel wheel and steel structure production project is located in Nanchong city of Sichuan province which as one of the Sichuan six automobile industrial parks has obvious competitive advantages.
