Prices of methionine slid further during the week ending November 23.
   

Demand for methionine weakened as buyers withheld buying while three human cases of H7N9 bird flu were reported in Xinjiang, Beijing and Nanjing.
   

For liquid methionine, price quotes fell to RM75-85/kg.
   

Methionine buyers will limit purchases in the coming week.
