Auviet and Addcon launch new mould inhibitors

At a recently held seminar at the Thao Thien Village hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Addcon and Auviet launched its new range of mould inhibitors.
   


KOFA FEED, a liquid mould inhibitor that offers secure, safe and effective control of yeasts and mouldwas launched in Vietnam as well as the newly developed ADDCON XF Superfine, which is the first dry mould inhibitor of its kind. Based on a combination of salts, the products offer 100% active ingredients. The well designed granulometry in ADDCON XF Superfine ensures the equal distribution of the active ingredients when applied to the feed.

   


Van Tho Minh, Addcon''s technical application manager for the region introduced the two products to the audience. "Those new concepts will help our industry to protect the quality of our feed and it will ensure best results in animal performance. Given that we live in a country that is ideal for mould growth, it is a must that we protect the quality of our feed ingredients and our finished feed".

   


Prof. Duong Duy Dong, from Nong Lam University gave a presentation on the mode of action of acids. He focused mainly on the positive effects of various acids on feed as well on its positive impact on the preconditions for digestion.

   


Kurt Wegleitner took also the change to speak to audience. After opening of the seminar he gave an update on the latest news on Addcon''s FORMI NDF. Apart from its patented structure and mode of action, Kurt Wegleitner presented latest trials from Europe and from Asia. He stressed that "FORMI NDF is safe, sustainable and effective. As the product contains the highest amount of active ingredient in a dry product, the FORMI product range has become the number 1 acid based feed additive in the world".
