According to the news released by Guangxi Daily, Mabiao as the governor of Guangxi province has talked with the president of WISCO Deng qilin on the acceleration of the steel base program in Fangcheng port. Both of the parties consent to the speed-up of this program.
It is reported that Guangxi's government has already given lots of endorsement on the related infrastructure development. After completion, the capacity of for this base will hit 10 million t.
As early as 2008, China's NDRC had approved the program but this program did not get the final confirmation due to the oversupplied capacities in Chinese steel market.
