Reportedly, ThyssenKrupp is likely to seek compensation for its investment loss from former chief executive and other managers. Supervisory board chairman Gerhard Cromme had confirmed to determine whether former Chief Executive had provided incorrect information. The results were not concluded yet. ThyssenKrupp had reported a €1.8 billion of net loss due to a €2.1 billion euro write-down for Steel Americas. Another €1 billion loss is expected to reveal when the company releases full year results on December 11st.
