Chun Yuan Steel, one of the major carbon steel service centers and the major steel structure suppliers in Taiwan, said due to the stable demand from local private construction projects and they has recently received about 7,000 ton orders from government's popular construction project.
The company's construction orders have been booked until the third quarter of this year. However, due to current weak steel market demand, its steel plate's sales have slowed down currently.
Chun Yuan's sales revenues are mainly coming from its construction project orders and steel plate sales.
Meanwhile, Chun Yuan wish Taiwan government's new car buying preferential subsidies may help the steel plate demand to improve in the second half of 2013.
