4月30日，凌志股份发布2018年报显示，2018年公司实现营收242,787,621.95元（USD35.33 million），同比增长23.30%；实现净利润17,257,206.43元（USD2.51 million），同比下降37.12%。同日，公司发布2019第一季度业绩报告显示，第一季度实现营收43,221,402.68元（USD6.29 million），同比增长 46.36%；实现净利润 -3,440,756.67元（USD-0.50 million），同比亏损减少41.28%，延续2018营收增长良好趋势。

5月24日，察右后旗人民政府网发布项目环境影响评价文件审批决定的公告，富民农牧业新建年产6万吨马铃薯精淀粉项目获环评审批通过。

2018年，主营马铃薯生产云销售的华欧淀粉在2018年实现营业收入81,499,437.23元（USD11,860,329.07），同比增长6.87%；实现净利润6,638,834.63元（USD966,126.47），同比增长76.97%。这主要是由于产品销售规模的扩大、投资收益增加以及财务费用下降。
