9月末，国内较多除草剂产品价格呈现下滑。三嗪类除草剂供应稳定，下游需求较弱，价格呈现稳定走势。磺酰脲类除草剂下游需求低迷，促使大部分产品价格下滑。酰胺类除草剂整体市场进入淡季，厂家淡储启动，部分产品价格表现出下降走势。

截止至9月末，此前处于检修状态的淄博新农基以及京博农化的烟嘧磺隆原药生产线均已恢复正常生产，国内烟嘧磺隆原药的开工率提高。而因开工率的提高以及需求弱势，9月国内烟嘧磺隆原药的出厂价格呈现下降的趋势。

佳木斯黑龙拟在桦川县桦西工业园现有厂区内建设1,500吨/年3-异色酮、700吨/年M325项目，项目建设时间计划在2020年9月至2020年12月。项目建成后将形成1,500吨/年3-异色酮以及700吨/年M325的生产能力，这两种产品均为农药中间体。

9月2日，山东先达发布公告称其全资子公司潍坊先达收到潍坊市生态环境局《关于潍坊先达化工有限公司年产3,500吨原药项目环境影响报告书的批复》，该项目建成后，可达到生产规模300吨/年甲咪唑烟酸，1,200吨/年咪唑乙烟酸原药，2,000吨/年烯草酮原药。

江苏瑞东拟以甘肃瑞东作为项目实施主体建设年产1.36万吨高效、低毒农药原药、制剂和中间体项目（一期年产1,500吨），一期项目建设规模及内容包括200吨/年氯嘧磺隆原药、300吨/年甲磺隆原药、100吨/年苯磺隆原药、300吨/年苄嘧磺隆原药、100吨/年噻吩磺隆原药、50吨/年甲嘧磺隆原药、50吨/年氯吡嘧磺隆原药、200吨/年吡嘧磺隆原药及配套自用中间体吡嘧磺酰胺150吨、200吨/年噻苯隆原药。

河北兴柏根据对所需履行的开工前期行政审批手续办理进程以及其他一些客观因素的考量，预计其公司年产100吨绿色超高效单嘧磺隆、500吨绿色超高效单嘧磺酯原料药及制剂项目可于2021年8月开工建设，并按照规定的24个月建设周期在2023年8月竣工建成。而值得一提的是，不仅单嘧磺隆和单嘧磺酯，近几年来还有其他一些基于中国自主创制除草剂优秀代表品种的大规模产业项目也已被陆续上马建设或正在报批手续拟将建设，包括二氯喹啉草酮、喹草酮、环吡氟草酮、双唑草酮、苯唑氟草酮以及三唑磺草酮等。

截止至2020年9月初，宁夏蓝田高效、环保型系列农药项目中的丙炔噁草酮原药生产线及其配套环境保护设施已经建成进入试生产状态了；该项目中的烟嘧磺隆原药、异丙隆原药、灭草松原药、唑啉草酯原药、恶唑酰草胺原药以及二甲四氯原药生产线及其配套环境保护设施也在有序的建设之中，即将竣工并迎来试生产。
