2019年10月18日，乐斯化学发布信息，其公司已成功将其所拥有且处于有效期内的98%五氟磺草胺原药、98%呋虫胺原药、95%草铵膦原药、50%草铵膦母药以及95%咪鲜胺原药等总计五个农药原药（含母药）产品的农药登记证持有人全部变更为其公司在吉林省所投资设立企业吉林乐斯。乐斯化学本次将这些农药登记证资源整合至吉林乐斯，是结合其公司拟以吉林乐斯为具体责任实施主体建设的乐斯绿色农用原药产业园建设项目而进行的一项重要运作，此也意味着乐斯化学将加快其公司的部分农药原药产业向新生产基地吉林乐斯转移。

2019年8月国内莠去津出口数量与去年同期有明显的下降幅度，其中国内莠去津制剂的出口数量下降幅度尤为突出，同时在价格方面，2019年8月国内莠去津整体上的平均出口价格有所下降，但是值得一提的是，国内莠去津制剂的平均出口价格有小幅上涨。

兰州新区生态环境局于10月17日受理了兰州康鹏威耳的年产7,000吨农药原药及医药中间体项目，并将受理情况予以公示。兰州康鹏威耳拟在甘肃省兰州新区精细化工园区投资23,700万元（3,351万美元）建设年产7,000吨农药原药及医药中间体项目，包括建设年产500吨高效氟吡甲禾灵原药，以增加公司的产品种类，扩大市场占有率，提高企业的经济和社会效益。

京博农化拟建设实施1,300吨/年绿色高端除草剂原药项目，该项目属于改扩建项目，主要内容为拆除其公司原有的精喹禾灵车间，进而在其公司的现有预留土地上新建除草剂生产车间，并在新的除草剂生产车间进行1,000吨/年精喹禾灵原药、200吨/年噁唑酰草胺原药以及100吨/年精噁唑禾草灵原药的安装。据此，京博农化的优势产品精喹禾灵原药产能规模将会得到提升，并新增噁唑酰草胺原药以及精噁唑禾草灵原药两个除草剂原药产品的产能规模。

2019年10月11日潍坊联合对外发布消息，其公司年产2,000吨麦草畏原药建设项目实现竣工环境保护验收。值得一提的是，中国是目前麦草畏原药产能的主要集中地之一，同时中国麦草畏原药市场竞争也比较激烈，尤其是在产能扩张方面，据此潍坊联合必须需要以多举措方式在激烈的竞争中去抢占市场份额。

近期，巴西、尼日利亚以及泰国均提出要禁用除草剂百草枯。其中巴西国家卫生监督局决定在2020年后全面禁用百草枯，尼日利亚国家食品药品管控局也表示将很快禁止农民使用百草枯，泰国农业与合作社部则表示将从2019年12月1日起实施百草枯禁令。而这3个国家对百草枯的禁用将对中国百草枯的外贸需求带来负面影响。

9月27日，中国农业农村部农药检定所根据《行政许可法》《农药管理条例》有关规定公布了第10批拟批准登记农药产品，将审议通过的申请登记的30个农药产品相关信息予以公示，其中包括4个基于噁唑酰草胺的制剂产品拟获批登记。
