Background:
After a rapid growth in the past few years, China has become the biggest titanium dioxide production country since 2009. Price of titanium dioxide has witnessed an abnormal increase in 2011. The irrational rise is harmful to the development of titanium dioxide industry, and its storage, according to CCM International's investigation, is high at present. Thus the price begins to drop rapidly after July 2011.
