Subscription (become membership)

Join ValoTracer and become membership of CCM by clicking the on the left of the database. You can subscribe one index of a specific product, all indexes of a specific product, several indexes of some products or even a whole industry database.

Membership means the authorized access right to the database within the subscribed period (minimum one year); any update data or newly functions is automatically available to the subscribers.

Also, membership is on corporate site base, i.e. any formal/full time of employees (not including external consultants) within a group can gain access and use to the subscribed database.

Operating instructions:
Option 1: For becoming membership of a database consists of a number of products
Step 1: Login the ValoTracer, click the subscription and you will see a number of products.
Step 2: Click "industry database" to see what is contained within each industrial database.
Step 3: Tick the industry database you want and it will automatically add to your shopping cart

Option 2: For membership of a specific product or an index
Step 1: Login the ValoTracer, click the subscription and you will see a number of products.
Step 2: Click "product" on the left side to see what products within each industrial database and how about the price.
Step 3: Tick a specific product or an index you wanted and it will automatically add to your shopping cart.

Standard & Premium membership

There're two kinds of membership at your choice:
Standard Membership means the subscriber can gain access to the basic data (including traditional data and chunks) that are directly presented/visible or can be directly downloaded/formulated (e.g. consolidate data like summary of trade analysis and the coming function of standard analysis reports, DIY reports).

Premium Membership possess all the benefit of basic membership and gain access to the database (like raw data and analysis) and any multi-client publications under the scope of that database, like multi-client reports (previous reports and recently published reports, customized format by CCM), newsletters (including back issues), raw data, analysis of trade analysis, etc.

One-time purchase

For an index of a product, you do not need to do subscription. You can download one-year's or several years' data and content chunks of current indexes that you have clicked (even with small amount). The valid time of your account is 3 months. You can login to read or download your purchase data any time during the valid time of your account.

Operating instructions:
Step 1: During the surf of the value chain of any product, click on the right side "one-time purchase".
Step 2: Select to add the data to the shopping cart

Pricing policy

The pricing policy of the whole database is automatically calculated. The price of one- time purchase, subscription of indexes and products will be changed according to what it is contained and what it is added quarterly. However, the price of industry database subscription is fixed.

The pricing policy is based on a principle-"The more you subscribe, the more discounts you will get". For example, if an index has 5 years of data and you just want to purchase 3 years of them, CCM suggests you to subscribe the whole index because you will pay less for it than just purchase 3 years of them, the same as the relation between indexes and products, products and industry database.

Payment methods

The payment of ValoTracer includes online payment and T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). The online payment transacts with
As the individual transaction limit of Paypal is USD 10,000, the payment will be divided into small amounts automatically. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Payment amount <= USD 10,000

For payment amount of less than USD 10,000, you can follow the purchase guide and directly pay for the products with credit card. It's very convenient.

Operating instructions:
(For example, your payment amount for the order is 5,000 US dollars)
Option 1: Online payment
Step 1: Make the one-time purchase, subscription of data and add to the shopping cart, and then click the "Shopping cart " link on the upper right corner of the database.
Step 2: Double-check your purchasing list and click .
Step 3: View CCM's Purchases terms and conditions, and then confirm.
Step 4: Click the link to make your online payment.
Step 5: Follow Paypal's instruction to finish the payment.
Step 6: After online payment, you can view the data you have just purchased directly.

Option 2: T/T
If you don't have a credit card or you don't want to pay online, you can choose another payment term, T/T.

USD 10,000 < Payment amount <= USD 30,000

For lump-sum payment amount between USD 10,000 ~ USD 30,000, CCM will send you an E-mail for payment confirmation. You need to reply for it after placing an order. For more details, please refer to the terms of Payment Confirmation.

For payment amount of more than USD 10,000, we suggest you to pay for the order in part, as the individual transaction limit of Paypal is USD 10,000.

Operating instructions: (For example, your payment amount for the order is 25,000 US dollars)
Option 1:
Step 1: Following the step 1~4 of the above situation 1.
Step 2: You will receive a Confirmation Email sent from CCM, please reply it as the requested format.
Step 3: The payment system will automatically divide the order into three small amounts: 10,000US dollars, 10,000 US dollars and 5000 US dollars, you need to pay these three small amounts respectively.
Step 4: Wait for 1~2 days after CCM's confirmation, and the reading access of the data you purchased will be opened to you.

Option 2: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
If you don't have a credit card or you don't want to pay online, you can choose another payment term, T/T.

Payment amount > USD 30,000

For large lump-sum payment amount of over USD30,000, (to make sure the safety of your payment account, as it is relatively large and will bring you risk through online payment) CCM suggests you to contact our staff before your payment and pay by T/T after signing the formal contract with CCM. You can obtain the read access after CCM receives the emails for confirmation and your payment.

Notice: To protect your right and interests, for online payment service, CCM suggests you:

1. Before you place an online order of CCM products from our website, please register with your real name and other detailed info which are authentic, reliable and valid.

2. For corporate users, to ensure successful delivery of your products, the registered email address should be in accord with your company's name or identification as E-mail host name. Please don't use email address such as 123@gmail.com, abcde@hotmail.com, etc.

3. As MasterCard has relatively higher requirement on security, please make sure your MasterCard is available for SecureCodeTM validation before using it for payment, or you may fail in Online Payment. If SecureCodeTM of your MasterCard is not available, please contact issuing bank of your card and apply for the service. Please pay attention to such restrictions, if you pay by VISA card.

If you fail to comply with the above three conditions, CCM cannot guarantee successful delivery of products after you purchase it and CCM won't bear any economic loss thus incurred.

Invoice

For electronic PDF invoice, you can tick the "I need invoice for the payment" link for an invoice during your payment. For paper invoice, please contact CCM's staff and ask for it.

Step 1: Make the one-time purchase, subscription of data and add to cart, and then click the link on the upper right corner of the database.
Step 2: Double-check your purchasing list and click link.
Step 3: Tick the "I need invoice for the payment" link and agree.
Step 4: After finishing the online payment flow, the invoice will be automatically sent to the email address you left in your account information.

Delivery

At present, ValoTracer's products and services in the website include database, report and newsletter. Delivery methods of them are listed as follows:

1. After all the purchase steps are finished, you will be automatically granted to read your purchased data in the database, without any delivery process.

2. After you pay for CCM' report, CCM will send you the purchased enciphered report and password to you separately, you can read and download the report from ValoTracer.

3. Delivery of newsletter is the same as delivery of database. You will be automatically granted to read the newsletter after you pay for it. All the orders in CCM website have free delivery service.

Return

Considering the special characteristics of CCM's products, the read access of purchased products shall be opened to you at once after both sides confirm the service. Refund is not acceptable without both parties' agreement. If your company adopts other way for refund without CCM's consent, CCM will investigate the relevant legal responsibilities thus incurred.

Payment security

Online transaction processing is provided by PayDollar using the highest commercially available encryption technology - Extended Validation (EV) SSL Certificate encryption. All confidential information is automatically encrypted before it is transmitted, to protect the data from being read and interpreted.
