Getting started on ValoTracer

Getting started on ValoTracer, please go to CCM's website www.cnchemicals.com, and then you can click the products & services button in the middle of the website to enter ValoTracer.
You can also search in ValoTracer by clicking the industry buttons or using the search engine in the upper right corner.

Microsoft "Silverlight"is ValoTracer's support software. If you see the following page when you enter ValoTracer, it means that you haven't installed the Silverlight player,please click the upper left icon to install it.
Notice: Microsoft Silver light is a Trademarked Product of Microsoft Corporation.

Operating instructions:
Step 1: Install Silverlight player
Step 2: Enter ValoTracer by 3 options

• Option 1: Click products & service button:
• Option 2: Click 10 categories around it:
• Option 3: Type search text box:

Registration & Sign in

ValoTracer's registration is free. You can register new account by clicking the "Register" link on the upper right corner of the website.

To make sure CCM can send what you purchase to the right email address, please register with authentic information. If you're a corporate user, please use the email address associated with your company's name or identification as host name to receive what you purchase.

Operating instructions:
Step 1: Click "Register" link
Step 2: Enter the authentic information to finish the registration.

Managing your account

After you sign in ValoTracer, you can click the link 'My account' to manage your account and view the updates of ValoTracer.

Leave messages to CCM

After your sign-in, you can go to 'My account' page to leave your suggestions, complains or any questions to CCM, and we will reply you in a short time. Also, you can directly go to contact us page to leave anonymous messages to CCM.

Step 1: Sign in ValoTracer
Step 2: Click 'My account' link
Step 3: Click 'Send a message to CCM' link. To view message record, click 'Message from CCM' or 'Message to CCM' link.
