Why would I choose CCM's ValoTracer?

Is there any pre-demonstration for ValoTracer service?

Can I have a free trial?

ValoTracer's register is free. When you sign in ValoTracer, you can download sample data. If you want to open a free demo access to ValoTracer's database, please contact us and make your request.

Why can't I see any data and figure expect asterisks '*'?

Data in ValoTracer is open to paid users. Before you become a paid user of ValoTracer, data won't be available and you can only view tables or figures with asterisks '*'. The hidden data will be unveiled after you subscribe it. You can follow the subscribe guidance on CCM's website to order and pay for a specific indexes, products or the whole industry database.

Why do I obtain an error message when I sign in ValoTracer?

If you receive the error message "The username or password you entered is incorrect." , it means that you may enter an error username or password. You can try again with a correct one. Please click "forgot your password" to reset your password if you forget your password,

If you receive the error message "Wrong verification code" , it means that you may enter a wrong verification code or the code is overdue. Please click "refresh the code" and enter a right one.

How to submit suggestion/complain?

Two options:
1. You can leave your suggestion/complain in the textbox of "leave a message to CCM" on contact us page.
2. When you sign in ValoTracer, you can send a message to CCM in your account management page.
CCM will respond to your suggestion/complain ASAP.

Payments and Services

How do I place an order online?

For database:
You can click the button or click the link when you surf the value chain in ValoTracer's database. For more details, please view Payment & Delivery.

For report & newsletter:
After you find out the report or newsletter you want, you can click the "Pay" button to place an online order.

When will I get my data after purchase?

After finishing your payment, you can gain access to the purchased data immediately.

Is my purchase secured?

All info under client's account, including personal information, purchase records and reference, etc., will be kept secret and won't be leaked to any third party. CCM will strictly execute the terms of privacy rule.

Will I receive an invoice?

Invoice is available upon requirement. You can tick the 'I need an invoice' link when paying for data. CCM will send electronic invoice to you after paying for your products. For paper invoice, please contact CCM webmaster at econtact@cnchemicals.com .

Why do I have to pay by installment when my order values over USD10,000?

To ensure safety of the dealing, Paypal has set a 10,000 US dollar limitation for each payment (Please refer to the restrictive regulations in www.paypal.com). Orders exceeding USD10,000 will be divided into several parts, with each part lower than USD 10,000. Sorry for the inconvenience.
