2015年9月8日,日本大金工业株式会社研制出用于电动汽车(EV)的锂电池高耐热技术,预计到2020年实现该技术的规模化应用。 据了解,该新技术主要通过应用氟化合物代替电解液中部分易燃的成分,使电池其在60℃高温下也能正常工作。同时,还在电池绝缘材料、粘结剂等方面进行技术优化,从而增强整体耐热性。 一般EV用锂电池工作时会发热,而当温度上升至45℃以上时,发电性能将降低,需要装配冷却系统降温。而在夏季高温时节,冷却系统全程运转可能将导致EV行驶距离缩短30%左右。 而应用该高耐热技术制备的锂电池...
