Purchase methods

1. Before you place an online order for products in the website, please register with your real name and other detailed info which are authentic, reliable and valid.

2. For company users, to ensure successful delivery of products, the registered email address shall be with your company's name or identification as E-mail host name, e.g. 123@cnchemicals.com, abcde@XXcompany.com, etc.

If you fail to comply with the above two conditions, cnchemicals.com cannot guarantee successful delivery of your products after you purchase it and cnchemicals.com shall not bear any economic loss thus incurred.

Payment Methods

To ensure safety of your fund, Cnchemicals.com sets up three payment methods according to the due payment amount. For payment amount of more than USD10,000, inconvenience to you might occur, which is necessary measure for Cnchemicals.com for safeguard your payment. Thanks for your understanding. The three methods are as follows:

Delivery

Different electronic products will have different delivery means based on the type of the products. At present, Cnchemicals.com's products in the website include individual reports or subscription service. Delivery methods of them are as follows:

Return policy -- No refund
